Position summary

This is the best work-from-home opportunity in 2022. We are looking for licensed agents to train as specialist in our area of expertise. You will be trained to sell over the phone which expands your market nationwide. You set your own hours, but successful agents work 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

Our agents educate clients about the health insurance options available and make recommendations base on their circumstances. Since we are non-captive, independent agents, we always recommend the very best coverage for the client. We don’t pressure our agents to sell because we don’t want our agents to pressure clients. For this reason, we have no quotas, but we do have a incentives in the form of bonuses and fabulous trips such as to Italy, France, and the next trip is Mexico.

We are currently looking for professional-minded individuals with good tele-communication skills and the self-discipline to work unsupervised from home. The idea agent is one who is confident and self-motivated, with the desire and commitment to be the best in their field.

Fulltime agents, committed to specializing in this space earn 6-figure incomes, many within the first year. This is a 1099 contract position.

As a Breland Benefits’ agent, you will have access to virtually every life, health and accident insurance product from almost all of the major companies, but we have a couple of under-65 health insurance products which are not available to everyone, and aren’t widely known yet, and best of all, provides the best coverage available for the money for those who qualify. You will be able to beat any competitor and rarely encounter another agent offering our product.

Job Duties:

  • Inbound and outbound calling

  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits

  • Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call, or by telephone.

  • Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients

  • Completing applications for insurance products

  • Attend online training classes

  • Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage

Requirements:

  • You must be properly licensed to sell life, health, and accident insurance,

  • have and maintain Errors and Omissions Insurance,

  • have a home office with computer, internet, and quality telephone service,

  • Basic computer skills,

  • Commitment to invest in yourself
